Our Mission, Our PromiseThe goal of our organization is simple: to provide homeless men who have co-occurring disorders with an opportunity to develop stability, consistency, and strength as they work toward their personal recovery goals. Our team believes that this process is best supported within a professional environment that is underpinned by an attitude of acceptance, encouragement, and optimism. Hence, it is the Continuity House promise to build upon these principles in an effort to precipitate success in the lives of our residents.

What We ProvideOur team understands how hard it is to find your footing when working through personal challenges under the constraints of having limited resources, all while earnestly trying to develop a solid personal recovery plan. That's why we work hard to ensure that our residents have access to the most affordable transition home in the Monroe area. Further, our focus on individuals with dual-diagnosis makes us one of the only multi-dimensional transition homes that we are aware of in the area. Importantly, we work with our residents to guide them and assist them so they have every opportunity to become productive members of society.

Coming SoonIn keeping with the Continuity House promise, We are working toward becoming a CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) licensed facility to maximize the mental health services that we are able to provide. This will be yet another important step toward providing an adequate level of professional resources and care for our residents so they have every available opportunity to achieve their personal mental health goals as they work toward permanent residency.
